When is the Race?
Saturday, January 28, 2012.
What time does the race begin?
The Tartan Trot 5K / 10K will begin promptly at 8:30AM. The 1-Mile run starts at 8:00a.m.
When do I pick up my race number?
Race numbers will be available for pick up at St. Luke's January 27th from 12:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. and on race morning from 6:30 - 8:30a.m.
How do I know if I'm registered?
If you registered online, you will receive an email confirmation. If you send your entry via mail, you cancelled check is your confirmation.
When is the last day to register?
You may register until race day. Late fees will be assessed after January 13th.
What time should I arrive on race day?
Participants should arrive by 7:00AM.
Where do I park?
Dunwoody Village is the official race parking area.(see race details page for directions). There will be shuttle buses available to and from the start/finish at St. Luke's (1 mile away) starting at 6:15a.m.
Will the race be cancelled if the weather is bad?
This is January race and we will run in the cold, wind, or rain, etc.. However if the race is cancelled due to ice/snow we will send out an email blast to all runners and post on our website and Tartan Trot Hotline. Race will be rescheduled as soon as possible. No refunds or rainchecks will be given.
Where do I get my shirt?
Shirts will be distributed at the post race celebration in the St. Luke's Great Halll for all 5K/10K finishers. You will need to present your race number to receive your shirt.
Where do I check my results?
Top 20 M/F will be posted directly on this site (see Race Results link above) and full results will be posted on Active.com within 48 hours after the completion of the race.
